Transportation Design

 SCE’s engineers can design local intersection improvements, the new/reconstruction of streets/arterials and the new/reconstruction of urban Interstate Highways. Tasks performed include: Traffic control plans, assessment of existing conditions and needs; collection of traffic and accident data; evaluation of roadway geometric based on AASHTO criteria; determination of substandard and non-standard features; development of alternatives including feasibility studies; production of preliminary and final plans and contract documents. We are pre-certified with TxDOT to perform the following services:
